Wireless charging technology is a charging technology developed in recent years.Applying wireless charging technology to the AGV trolley can not only overcome the inconvenience and insecurity in the traditional charging method,but also improve the aesthetics and practicability of the charging system.It also saves a lot of labor and capital costs.This thesis mainly studies the magnetic coupling resonant wireless charging system and the hardware and software design of the charging system applied to the AGV trolley.Firstly,the paper compares the three wireless charging methods,and summarizes the obvious advantages of the magnetic coupling resonant wireless charging method.Then through theoretical analysis,the two most important factors affecting the charging efficiency are obtained,and the corresponding two parameters are determined.After that,the paper combined the working environment of the AGV car to determine the overall design of the wireless charging system.According to the design scheme,the relevant circuits of the transmitting end and the receiving end of the wireless charging system are designed in the fourth chapter of this thesis.In the fifth chapter,the scheme design and programming of the system software part are completed,and the AGV trolley wireless charging device is finally completed.the design of.Through the experimental analysis in Chapter 6,the AGV trolley wireless charging device designed in this paper can meet the designed parameters and realize the expected functions.The magnetic coupling resonant wireless charging technology is applied to the AGV system,which can overcome the problems of multiple connection of the charging contacts,oxidation,passivation,contact failure,charging interface heating,etc.;improve the convenience of the charging system;effectively extend the continuity of the AGV Working time;improve the efficiency of AGV work.With the further maturity of wireless charging technology,AGV systems will increasingly adopt wireless charging technology to improvethe adaptability of their environment,the convenience of charging,and the efficiency of use.
