With the release of massive open link data and user generated data on the Internet,the Internet is evolving from the Internet document consisting of hyperlinks between pages to the data Internet composed of rich links between massive entities.Searching for information in massive data has been unable to meet users' needs.Question and answer based on knowledge graph has become a hot topic of research,these research through the natural language question to interact,to provide users with more clear and concise answer.This paper mainly studies the biological knowledge Question and answer,By providing independent,real-time question answering services for students,It becomes more convenient and quick for students to acquire knowledge,and It is also important to solve the difficulty of acquiring knowledge in the areas where lack of educational resources.The main work and innovation are as follows:1)Through the analysis of three tuple data and biological questions in biology textbooks,we completed the construction of ontology in the field of biology.By crawling the entries in Baidu encyclopedia,and constructing a classifier to determine whether it is a biological entities,finally extract structural information to expand knowledge graph.In the iterative updating of knowledge graph,based on question and answer feedback,we discover the defects in the knowledge graph and the defects in ontology definition,then update and correct them.2)By analyzing the entities of the biology,Relaxed Word Mover 's Distance model is optimized and applied to the entity link task.The research on the diversity and fuzziness of language expression mainly includes the construction of the semantic library of question and short text matching model based on deep learning is applied to user question semantic understanding,finally complete the design of the framework of the question and answer.3)Design and implement biological domain question answering system(BIO-QA),and verify the efficiency of BIO-QA system through experiments.At present,the BIO-QA system has been put into operation,providing knowledge and answer service in the field of biology,and updating and correcting the knowledge map by collecting user feedback information.
