MEMS inertial/satellite integrated navigation system has low cost,small volume,low consumption,the advantages of light weight,large overload resistance,has great military application value and civil applications.This article in view of the guided aerial bomb by MEMS inertial/satellite integrated navigation system,studied the composition,transfer alignment technology,integrated navigation technology and its onboard computer based embedded navigation software design,finally form the complete low cost integrated navigation system,and through the test.According to the domestic air guided bomb project requirements,in the field of navigation system of our country to play for the first time with low cost MEMS inertial measurement unit,satellite receiver,onboard computer devices built low cost MEMS inertial/satellite integrated navigation system.Describes the MEMS inertial components/satellite integrated navigation system composition,main function and main performance index of MEMS inertial/satellite integrated navigation system is studied,working process and the main functions of embedded navigation software design based on the onboard computer.MEMS inertial navigation/satellite integrated navigation system is effective to expand the system navigation system,construct system of our country navigation plays low-cost development has an important guiding role.Built on low cost MEMS inertial/satellite integrated navigation system of vehicle test environment,design the test method,for a variety of application scenario for the vehicle test.Onboard experimental data show that the integrated navigation system under the condition of combination transfer alignment error and the posture error of about 0.2 °,position error is not more than 10 meters;In January 2010 in qiqihar for low cost MEMS inertial/satellite integrated navigation system for aerial target validation of test,the experimental results show that the horizontal position error is better than that of 3 meters,vertical position error is better than 1 meter,satisfies the requirement of aviation navigation of guided bombs to use.
