| The smartphone has gradually become a daily necessity of people.Since smartphone provides the firsthand data of users, analyzing the usage pattern of APP to cognize the human behavior has a very important practical value. This thesis focuses on the relationship between the locations and the user behavior pattern, analyzes the use of mobile APP in different locations and finds that the user's location is one of the key factors in determining the behavior patterns. The main research work and contributions of this thesis are as follows.(1)Aiming at analyzing the APP usage pattern based on the location, this thesis proposes an analysis framework: LUHA(Location-based User Habit Analyzer),including three major modules: data acquisition, data processing, and behavior analysis. The data acquisition module adopts the Starlog platform, which obtains the APP dada through the different sensors in the phone and its advantage is to continuously collect objective data of the user's daily life.(2)To process multi-dimensional data, the thesis firstly processes them independently and then combined them together. The APP usage and geographical location are connected by matching the timestamp, where the geometric data is filtered and then make a cluster by using k-means algorithm and DJ-Cluster clustering algorithm to transform the physical geographic location information into semantic geographical information.(3)We analyze the phone addiction issue and the influence of geographical location on usage pattern.Preliminary results are given after studying current usage pattern of the mainstream APPs.We use data visualization to analyze the impact of geographic location on the pattern. |
