All-flash disk array is a new storage architecture.Because of its superior read and write performance,smaller I/O latency,is preferred to be used to replace the current array that use the mechanical hard drive.SSD will be the mainstream physical storage device used in data center in the future.But due to the characteristics of flash disk hardware,after the data stored on it is deleted,the data is still existing on itsphysical page.There maybe caused data leakage.Secure Deletion based on Solid-State Disk Array is one of the most active research topics in the storage field,but there hadn't good solution yet.For the out-of-place update of SSD may lead to data leakage problems,proposes a general solution,which raw data chunk and its hash information participate in asymmetric encryption,RS erasure code redundance encoding,and so on,generate redundant encrypted data units,and the hash information is stored as a key on a single disk.After erasing the encryption key like hash information on the key disk or erasing a certain amount of encrypted data,the original data canno longer be recovered.Therefore,the proposol ensures the security of data.Through simulation experiments,we verified the correctness and effectiveness of secure deletion proposed in the dissertation,that the original data can not be recovered after deleting the hash information of the raw data,its achieved the purpose of secure deletion.At the same time,the performance in the data processing and otheraspects of the system with the secure deletion,is reduced in the acceptable range,And the reliability and availability are guaranteed.Since we choosed the way which delete hash informations of the original data to ensure data security,compared to the way that delete the encrypted data stored in flash memory,it wears flash memory physical unit more lightly,so extends the life of the solid state disk effectively.
