3D printing is a technology which was rising up in these years.3D printing is a kind of solid processing method with unlimited potential in the near future.3D printing can be characterized into any personalized shape by the user,compared to the popular traditional processing methods,3D printing is much more quicker and cheaper.But the limitation of the materials is the biggest disadvantage.So far,several kinds of materials can be applied to 3D printing.A mutation of the state of the materials before and after molding is necessary to 3D printing of soft materials.And this change should be complete in a short period of time.In order to achieve the aim that the material can be self – supporting and stereotypes after successfully squeezed from the extruder.Because of the characterization of friendly contacting with the human body and good fitness,soft materials are widely used in the filed of human body,biological and electronic sensing and so on.Soft materials are as the same important as the hard materials in real life.So the research of soft materials has great contemporary relevance.3D printing of soft materials,due to the introduction of the 3D printing,will provide a original,more convenient,cheaper method to the manufacture of the traditional soft materials.And also expanding the application,physical and chemical properties of the soft materials.Due to the characteristics of the soft materials some potential problems will be appearing when apply 3D printing into manufacture of the soft materials.So the scientific method and accurate equipment for the 3D printing of soft material is essential.The main content of the thesis includes:(1)Described the latest development of the 3D printing technology.The optimization of the control system of the 3D printer.The structure of the equipments.And some characteristic of the printable materials.(2)The main object is inquiring methods of printing double-network hydrogels.And the initial physical state and method of synthesis of the material.In addition to some other soft materials,ECOFLEX,PDMS,AGAR,etc.(3)Designed printers to meet the soft materials,and the control system of squeezing the material out of header.(4)Designed innovative methods to print nonprintable soft materials.
