Design And Implementation Of An Automated UI Test System For Meituan Take-Out

With the popularity of smart phones,all kinds of application arises at the historic moment,applications that based on the Android platform are also emerging in an endless stream.Among many of the same type of products,who can develop the product in accordance with user requirements and user habit in the shortest time and constantly improve their product according to the user data to fit user needs and habits,will have more advantages in the competition.So in the process of application rapidly iterative,how to guarantee the quality has become an important problem.In order to ensure the application's quality of each version in the fast iterative development and save unnecessary labor costs at the same time,android automated testing becomes significant.This paper introduced the fundamental of software automated test and the status quo,simply introduced the basic knowledge of Android which we should learn when do Android automated test,also introduced the principle and common api of Android UI test automation framework Robotium principle;Mainly analysised the requirement of Meituan take-out APP UI automated test,introduced the test environment building of android UI automated with robotium framwork,combined with the automated build tools Gradle,hosting tools git to complete the application's UI automated test of Android Meituan take-out,realized the main function of UI automated test for the application.Used the Spoon plug-in to take screenshots and save to the mobile phone in the SD card when abnormal situation occurs.Through the testing of Android Meituan take-out APP UI automation testing system,it has covered the main function of the application's UI automated test,can be used for smoke test and regression test.Can check if there have crashes and user interface disply error before API or services come online to decrease the labor cost.
