With the development of computer hardware and software technology,informatization has been integrated into all aspects of people's lives and work.Medical informatization is the trend of international development.Nowadays the informatization degree of the hospital is getting higher and higher,but there are few specialized clinical information systems used in the evaluation and rehabilitation of stroke.At the same time,the population aging and development of the rehabilitation discipline have made the study of dedicated stroke rehabilitation information systems particularly important.In this thesis,based on the development platform Android Studio launched by Google and the lightweight embedded database Sqlite3,an Android based C/S rehabilitation training and evaluation system of stroke is designed and developed.The background and significance of the rehabilitation evaluation and training system of stroke was firstly described in this thesis,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical knowledge of basic medicine involved in rehabilitation assessment and training system of stroke.After that,the B/S and C/S modes of system development,mobile development platform Android are introduced.Then,the research status of the rehabilitation training and evaluation software of stroke at home and abroad,the application of games in the rehabilitation of stroke are illustrated,which are the basis of the development of the rehabilitation evaluation and training system for stroke.Then,through literature review,discussion with the rehabilitation of medical personnel,and went into the hospital to actually experience the business process of the Hospital Rehabilitation Section,this thesis analyzed the system's functional requirements and non-functional requirements from the perspective of system administrators,medical personnel and patients.Thus,the user,function and performance requirements of the system are determined.After that,the design and implementation of the rehabilitation evaluation and training system for stroke are introduced in detail.In this thesis,the system is divided into five modules: registration and login,user information management,evaluation module,rehabilitation module and system server.The administrator is responsible for the system's configuration maintenance and user management,doctors and nurses modify their basic information and password,enter and modify the patient's information.The evaluation system includes 15 functional scores,such as Berg balance function,Fugl-Meyer balance,Brunnstrom movement,sensory index,and modified Barthel index.The rehabilitation modules include hard bottom opening balance training,upper limb guidance training,reaction coordination training and picture combination training.The system server is responsible for data interaction with the client.Finally,this thesis analyzes the characteristics of the system and tests the system function,then makes an objective evaluation of the system,and proposes the research content and direction of the next step.
