Sighting and pointing system is widely used in many fields and requires high performance.As the core device of the sighting and pointing system,the directional platform plays a vital role in the high performance of the sighting and pointing system.Orientation method,as the theoretical basis for designing directional platform,has a profound impact on the performance of the directional platform.The orientation method based on the geomagnetic field is the main method to design the directional platform because of its high stability and high real-time.The directional platform based on the geomagnetic directional method is prone to be oriented by external magnetic interference.The aim of this project is to design a directional platform based on the geomagnetic directional method,and to complete the research of geomagnetic directional anti-jamming technology on this basis.In this paper,the hardware design of the directional platform is completed and the embedded software design is completed on the basis of hardware design.The technology of error compensation and anti-interference algorithm is completed according to the problem of large directional angle error,and the technology is transplanted to the embedded platform.Finally,the function test and analysis of the directional platform are completed.The hardware part is designed for the main control based on the STM32,the sensor based on the MPU6050 and the high precision magnetic sensor reserved for a directional platform floor and the ADC drawing board based on the AD7175-8BCPZ.In the software part,the software implementation of the orientation platform initialization,the sensor data acquisition,the data transmission and communication,the error compensation and the anti-interference algorithm is completed in the hardware related design.In the part of error compensation and anti-jamming algorithm,the attitude calculation algorithm based on the accelerometer and magnetic sensor data and the attitude calculation algorithm based on the data integration of gyroscope are introduced.After that,the error compensation algorithm of accelerometer and the error compensation and anti-jamming algorithm of the magnetic sensor are designed.Finally,the algorithm is based on the different attitude calculation algorithm.The Mahony complementary filter algorithm based on single loop PI control is designed,and the extended Kalman filtering method is used to update the four element number and reduce the directional angle error.Finally,this paper gives the testing process and results of the hardware,software and anti-jamming algorithm of the directional platform.The test results show that the hardware and software functions of the directional platform are normal.The angle error of the algorithm processed by the algorithm is 8.36 degrees lower than that of the untreated angle,and the external interference magnetic field is strengthened.The angle error of the field time algorithm is reduced by 18.44 degrees compared with that without the algorithm,and the error compensation and anti-jamming algorithm is effective.
