The rapid development of big data in recent years has become a hot topic in academic research.Big data was primarily used in the business and financial fields,but with the combination of Internet of Things and big data,their applications have been deeply applied in fields such as transportation and energy.Big data brings some challenges as well as opportunities.Data security and privacy protection are considered as the most important topics,at the same time the traditional access control model can not fully adapt to big data security.Attribute-based encryption mechanism can flexibly represent access policies and provide new access control modes for big data applications.Big data comes mainly from different terminal devices,and most terminals do not have built-in security hardware modules to store keys.Attribute-based encryption is vulnerable to side-channel attacks when applied in big data environments,resulting in leakage of key and other confidential parameters.Most of the existing attribute-based encryption schemes only consider the key leakage,but the encrypted randomness may also be leaked,because the pseudorandom number generator of many terminals is very simple,the quality of the generated random number is very low.This thesis proposes an ABE scheme in the improved auxiliary input model,which allows an attacker to query more leakage information about the encryption randomness after seeing the challenge ciphertext.This thesis carried out the code implementation and experimental simulation of the scheme,analyzed the efficiency of the scheme,and compared with other attribute-based encryption schemes.At the same time,taking into account the possibility that the access policy may reveal some information of privacy and ciphertext,and characteristics of the limited computing resources of the terminal device in the big data environment.This thesis proposed a CP-ABE scheme with policy hiding and outsourced decryption based on the original scheme,the security of the scheme can be taken into account while reducing the amount of calculation,and it can be better applied to the security of big data.Finally,this thesis carried out an experimental simulation,analyzed the efficiency of the scheme,and described the application of the scheme in the big data security of smart grid.
