Fundus retinal vessels are the only network of small arteries and small veins that can be directly observed in the human body,it is of great value for studying the effect of various diseases on vascular morphological structure.The variation of the fundus microvessels is the most obvious and most observed external appearance of arteriosclerotic diseases such as hypertension.Therefore,it is possible to monitor and prevent such diseases by analyzing the morphological structure of the fundus microvessels.This paper designs and develops a fundus image detection and analysis system based on the market demand of the majority of community hospitals.The main tasks are as follows:1)Fundus image acquisition system is designed based on the investigation of domestic and foreign fundus image systems.The hardware platform of the system consists of wide-angle inspection glasses,color image sensors,computers,brackets and so on,and discusses the function and performance characteristics of the selected devices.The designed system does not require a dilated pupil and can provide a 25 degree viewing range.2)According to the characteristics of the acquired fundus images,the width of the vessels in the fundus is obtained by the corresponding image processing and analysis techniques.3)According to the national grading criteria for hypertension,combined with the fundus performance and clinical practice of the normal and abnormal hypertensive diseases of the fundus microcirculation,the arteriovenous width ratio is used to obtain the grade of hypertension as a quantitative description of the degree of hypertension.4)A fundus medical history management system is designed to support telemedicine and information sharing.The system has been clinically tested and basically meets the design requirements.
