Analysis Of Hu Qiaomu's News Propaganda Activities And Thoughts In The Early Period Of Reform And Opening Up

News and propaganda work is an important part of the party's work.Reform and Opening up is the only way to develop socialism with Chinese characteristics and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Hu Qiaomu,as the leader of the Communist Party of China in the ideological field at the initial stage of Reform and Opening up has long been responsible for the party's news and propaganda work and has formed a relatively systematic idea of news propaganda.These ideas not only guide the press to hold onto the ideological front when the country is transformed,but also have important reference for today's news media work.This article takes Hu Qiaomu's news propaganda activity as the object of study in the initial period of Reform and Opening up,systematically summarizes the content of his news propaganda ideology,analyzes the characteristics,limitations and status of his news propaganda activities and ideas,and makes corresponding enlightenment.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part,introduction.It mainly includes the significance of the topic,research status at home and abroad,research objects,research methods,and definitions of related terms.This paper divides the initial period of Reform and Opening up(1977-1989)into three pats by smashing the“Gang of Four”,the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee,the Twelfth National Party Congress,and the Fourth Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee of the Party.Hu Qiaomu' s news propaganda activities was analyzed in each stage.The second part introduces the basic situation of the press in the three stages of Reform and Opening up.The third part introduces Hu Qiaomu's three-phase news and propaganda activities.The fourth part comprehensively summarizes the contents of Hu Qiaomu' s news propaganda ideology at the beginning of Reform and Opening up,analyzes its characteristics,points out its limitations,and evaluates Hu Qiaomu' s position in the party' s news propaganda work during the early period of Reform and Opening up.The fifth part,conclusion.The article made a detailed inspection of the important events in the press during the initial period of Reform and Opening up and systematically reviewed Hu Qiaomu's journalistic practice,which has certain reference value for today's news work.Hu Qiaomu' s news and propaganda activities after the Fourth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee are less relevant to this and other articles.
