The Resesrch On The Calibration Method Of Video Signal Distortion Parameter

This paper studies on the principle of the video signal distortion parameters and analyzes the basic features of video signal distortion parameters.On the basis of this study,we carry out the research of video signal distortion parameter calibration method and establish the video signal distortion parameters calibration system.Moreover,we find out the reason of the video signal distrotion using the calibration syetem,the analyzes the uncertainty of video signal distrotion.We use of the video signal generator TG8000 and video editing program SDP2000 to edit video distortion signal,then use Agilent 3458 A DMM,FLuke 5790 A AC measurement standard(broadband band option),and DPO70404 digital oscilloscope standard to verify distortion parameters such as amplitude-frequency characteristics,field-time distortion,line-time distortion,short-time distortion,and luminance noise distortion,Therefore,these devices realize the calibration of the measurement accuracy of video signal distortion parameters.This paper focuses on the video signal analyzer,carries out the research of its calibration method,develops the calibration device,and realizes the calibration of video signal analyzer.Main works include:(1)A file set is generated for calibration of video signal distortion,and full parameters is calibrated using video signal analyzer,It can be a useful example for the other video signal calibration system.It is the key technical problem that this paper plans to solve.(2)We solved the problem of the video signal distortion parameter calibration device traceability.Through the traceability analysis of video signal distortion parameter calibration device,it has a guiding role in the test analysis of video signal analyzer.(3)We complete the construction of the video signal distortion parameter calibration device.This set of calibration device completes the deficiencies in the calibration of the video signal analyzers in China,and provides measurement support for the R&D,production and testing of digital video in China,and increases the coverage rate of China's video signal analyzer.The works results of this project have broad application prospect and can produce significant economic and social benefits.
