With the development of network technology,the business of takeout orders and online shopping plays a more and more important role in people's daily life.A large number of commodity transactions have put forward higher requirements on the reliability,flexibility and adaptability of the micro printing system.However,because the manufacturers usually focus on how to improve the printing speed of the micro printing system,the research on the intelligent service of the micro printing system is ignored,and the unreliable printing,such as the loss of order,data disorder and so on,is often occurred in the large-scale continuous printing,and the self-adaptive of the traditional micro printing system is also made.The ability is not strong,and the expansion is not high,which affects the user experience and the development of micro printing industry to a large extent.Under the wave of “Made in China 2025” and “Internet+”,this article relied on multiagent technology in artificial intelligence to intelligently upgrade mini printing systems.This paper analyzes the order printing process in the large-scale Internet transaction days such as Double 11 and 618,uses multi-agent technology to model the micro-printing system,and studies key technologies such as allocation strategy,status monitoring,and fault recovery.At the same time,the design has the high-concurrent continuous printing capability smart micro printing system ensures the stability of the micro-printing system in continuous high-concurrent printing,and improves the adaptability of the microprinting system to face different printing scenes..This paper first analyzes the separate intelligent control components of a single smart micro printer,and proposes an intelligent control unit for parallel printing,which effectively improves the parallel printing capability,reliability,and flexibility of a single printer.Then,based on the design of a single smart micro printer,various services in the system are abstracted as different agents,and a multi-agent technology is used to build a smart micro printing cluster system,which enables intelligent micro-printing systems to have high concurrent continuous print capabilities under a distributed control architecture.Next,we use improved contract net to realize printing task scheduling and dynamic resource planning,and improve the adaptive ability of cluster printing system to environment.In addition,considering the scarcity of embedded micro printer system resources,the task allocation algorithm based on trust integration is proposed in the local printing task and resource scheduling,which ensures that the high trust printing nodes have greater probability of obtaining orders,thus further improving the reliability of the intelligent micro printer system.Finally,the design and development of the hardware and software platform of the hybrid intelligent mini printer system is completed.Relying on the laboratory of Guangzhou Wei Jia micro printer 80K7,using STM32F2017VCT6 development board and UC/OS_II embedded system,a parallel cluster intelligent micro printer system is built to simulate the high concurrent printing scene of the real micro print system and print the printability of the 5000 order test cluster printing system through Ethernet.Can.Secondly,the function of automatic recovery is tested by artificial simulation.Finally,this paper uses MATLAB simulation test to verify the trust distribution strategy can effectively reduce the printing system failure rate.The experimental and simulation results show that the proposed scheme is less than the traditional micro printing cluster system at the printing speed,but has higher reliability,adaptability and flexibility.
