In all fields of nature and human social activity, the system is widespread, and it will evolve as time goes by.The coupled switched neural network is a special complex network system. It is a hybrid system consisting of a series of continuous or discrete subsystems and the rules of switching between these subsystems. Many systems in the real world can be modeled as switching systems,so they are widely applied in various fields, such as communication, system control, automotive industry, traffic safety, power system and many other fields. It is these extensive practical applications that make the switching system be paid much attention to,and a great deal of research has been obtained by scholars.Synchronization methods, such as generalized synchronization, projective synchronization, lag synchronization and so on,have attracted a lot of research interest. In fact, these synchronization methods can be divided into two categories according to the rate of convergence: progressive synchronization and finite-time synchronization.Compared with the progressive synchronization, the finite-time synchronization is the best, and it greatly improves the efficiency. In addition, the finite-time technology has good robustness and anti-interference ability.Based on the above advantages,finite-time synchronization method is used to study the finite time synchronization of a class of coupled neural networks, the main contents of this paper can be divided into the following aspects:1.Finite-time synchronization of coupled switched impulsive neural networksWe construct a suitable Lyapunov function and a appropriate controller, use some characteristics of M matrix and inequality method, and utilize finite-time strategy to achieve finite-time synchronization of switched coupled impulsive neural networks. The setting time of synchronization is estimated. After giving the theoretical results,we simulate the numerical simulation by MATLAB,and fully verify the correctness and effectiveness of the theoretical results we obtained.2.Finite-time synchronization of a class of coupled switched neural networks with non-Lipschitz activationsBased on the theoretical results we have analyzed above,we consider a class of neural networks, where the activation is non-Lipschitz.Using the method of comparison principle and applying the similar Lyapunov functional to the differential equations, then we can achieve finite-time synchronization of such neural networks. For the theoretical results obtained,we also use MATLAB to simulate the numerical simulation, fully verify the correctness and effectiveness of the results.
