The applications of important information document management has been promoted by the development of cryptography and the promotion of cryptographic algorithms standards.Many of information systems such as information document flow system and intelligent office system are widely used in governments and enterprises,and improved the social efficiency.However,the existences of cryptographic underlying architecture designing un-strict,and loopholes in system development cause information leakage,hence make document data be faced with theft and other security threats,even endanger the national security.The authentication encryption algorithm can guarantee both confidentiality and integrity of the data at the same time,and have more advantageous than the traditional symmetric encryption algorithm and public key encryption-signature algorithm.It has greater security and efficiency advantages and higher application value in information document security management.This paper studies the security cryptography algorithm and security scheme of important information document management.A one-way authentication encryption algorithm is designed based on GB SM4,and an intelligent contract protocol of information document flow is designed by combining with the technology of block chain.Thus a traceability information document flow scheme based on authentication encryption is designed and implemented.Specific include:First,A one-pass authentication encryption algorithm based on GB SM4 is proposed.The algorithm by moving the authentication codes generated module combined with a round SM4 has an ambitious program of activities and functions,the improved algorithm encryption module,makes the algorithm in the initialization phase,encryption and authentication codes generated can be Shared between process data and part of the algorithm,maximum reduce their use of computing resources.Through the theoretical analysis and experimental verification of correctness and safety,the results show that the algorithm performs well.Second,This paper proposes a scheme of tracking information document flow based on authentication encryption.In view of the business demand of information document flow and the security bottleneck in the transfer process,intelligent contract technology is introduced to designing the intelligent contract of information document flow.In the circulation of intelligent contract,use the encryption method to protect information documents,to the authentication encryption authentication codes as certification,ensure the data confidentiality,integrity and tamper-proof.Finally,Designing and implementing an information document flow security management system.Based on the proposed authentication and traceable information document flow scheme,the functions,system architecture,logical architecture and physical architecture are designed by using software engineering methods.The information transfer flow system is implemented as web platform by using Java.The test results show that the system can guarantee the application security of important information documents.
