With the development of large data and cloud computing technology,the data security technology which is the core of privacy protection has also achieved satisfactory results.However,privacy disclosure has always been the focus of people's attention and deeply affects people's life.In the study of privacy protection,the quantification of privacy is the important support of privacy protection technology,and the balance between the degree of privacy protection and the service availability is one of the crucial factors affects the privacy disclosure.Therefore,it is of great academic and application value to study the quantitative problem of privacy computing.the game theory and information theory are the main research tool of the study,this paper constructs a dynamic game model of complete information based on the privacy preference of users,and then a rational privacy quantification method was proposed on the basis of privacy preference and information entropy.Then,based on the background knowledge of the attacker,the zero sum and repeated game model is constructed,the change process of dynamic background knowledge is studied,and the rational privacy quantization method is proposed based on dynamic background knowledge.Then we will study its application in electronic medical treatment based on the proposed method of rational privacy quantification.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)A quantitation method of rational privacy based on privacy preference.This paper analyzes the user privacy preference,gives the definition of privacy preference and its formal definition,and proposes a classification method for privacy preference.On the basis of this definition,the influence of privacy preference on the service strategy is analyzed,and a client-attacker game model based on the privacy preference is constructed based on the dynamic game of complete information.The information entropy is used to measure the privacy disclosure of the user under the Nash equilibrium.(2)A quantitation method of rational privacy based on background knowledge.Considering the process of the dynamic changes of the attacker background knowledge,a zero sum repeat game is constructed to construct the attacker game model,and the Nash equilibrium of the participants is calculated under the zero-sum game model.The influence of zero sum game model on the background knowledge of attacker is analyzed.Finally,under the condition of dynamic change of participant game strategy and the background knowledge of attacker,information entropy is used to quantify user privacy leakage.(3)Construct a rational privacy measurement model in the electronic medical records application program.According to the analysis of the current electronic medical record access system,a rational privacy protection scheme for electronic medical records is proposed by using the constructed rational privacy measurement model.Analysis shows that the solution can balance the degree of privacy protection and service availability,and fully quantify user's privacy leakage while protecting user privacy.
