After years of rapid economic development,the establishment and improvement of the Social Credit System has become a vital issue to be resolved in the current rapid and sustainable development of the socialist market economy in China.Credit information,as a record file reflecting the credit status of market players,is an indispensable part of the development of the Social Credit System.It is the premise and basis for ensuring the healthy development of the market economy.Under this background,in order to solve the problems of traditional paper office for the low efficiency of credit information processing,storage,high search costs and to meet the needs of government agencies for credit information data informatization,this article is based on the full-text search engine ElasticSearch,combined with WebService,AOP and server-side development framework under the Java platform(Spring),designed and implemented a public credit information query platform.The platform is based on the requirements of the Huangpu District Government of Shanghai Municipality for information credit inquiry systems.It focuses on various sub-modules of credit information,such as corporate and natural person credit inquiries,administrative licenses,and administrative penalties,credit data management,and district government credit information list management.The credit information reports are organically combined to achieve access control over credit information by assigning roles to users and assigning a three-tier rights management model to the roles.This paper mainly completes the following tasks: 1.Focusing on the government's existing processing flow for credit information,it conducts business carding and needs analysis on the informationized credit inquiry platform.The credit information is mainly composed of two parts: the administrative license from the functional departments of the Huangpu District government of Shanghai Municipality,the list of administrative punishment credit data and credit information,namely local data;and the credit information of natural persons and legal persons from the Shanghai Information Center,namely external data.This paper implements the input and storage of local credit data,full-text search under multiple conditions,batch import and export,as well as the simple query,batch query and query report generation for external credit data.2.For the multi-dimensional query service characteristics of credit information,the analysis and comparison of its implementation methods are performed.This article is based on the research and analysis of the full-text search engine of ElasticSearch and compares the implementation and efficiency of traditional relational databases with the core technical difficulties of multi-dimensional query.The results show that compared to the database,ElasticSearch has a higher performance advantage for the implementation of multi-dimensional query and has more scalability in terms of data throughput.3.Based on the application of ElasticSearch,a complete web application including front-end page and server-side code is implemented based on the B/S architecture and using the model-viewcontroller three-tier design pattern.During the development process,this article elaborates on the design and implementation of technical details such as security policy,permission interception,global logging components,and remote access to external credit data of ElasticSearch.Finally,the credit information query system was tested and debugged in terms of functionality,security,and compatibility.The future of the system has been prospected.This credit information inquiry system has now been put into operation within the Huangpu District Government of Shanghai Municipality,which has reduced the work intensity of office workers and greatly improved the processing efficiency of credit information.It has a certain promotion prospect and practical value and is effective for credit information.The information technology provides support for the active role played by management in the Social Credit System.
