Compressed sensing theory is one of the research hotspots in recent years.It has drawn the attention of scholars from all walks of life and has been widely used in all fields.Compressive sensing theory mainly includes the sparse transform of signal,the construction of measurement matrix and the reconstruction of signal.The construction of high-performance measurement matrix is one of the focuses of study,which is of great significance to the development and application of compression-sensing theory.Based on the deep research of compressive sensing theory and existing measurement matrix,this dissertation focuses on the construction of deterministic measurement matrix.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the development and application of compressive sensing theory and the important role of measurement matrix are reviewed.The basic theory of compressive sensing is studied in depth.Several basic criteria for constructing measurement matrix are expounded.The common measurement matrix and its construction method Introduced.Secondly,the construction of measurement matrix based on low-density parity-check codes and the construction method of sparse binary measurement matrix are studied.By analyzing the inherent relationship between low-density parity-check matrix and compressed perceptual measurement matrix.The construction method of sexual measurement matrix and the influence of nonzero element ratio on the performance of the matrix.Based on the construction of the sparse binary matrix algorithm,the effect of the sparse binary matrix sparsity on the performance of the matrix is studied.In this paper,by compressing and reconstructing the simulation signal and the actual signal,the experimental results show that the performance of this method is better than that of the traditional measurement matrix.Finally,the compression sensing is introduced into the oil and gas pipeline safety monitoring application,and the significance of introducing compression sensing in the monitoring system based on wireless sensor network is described.The oil and gas pipeline safety signal collected by the sensor node is carried out by using the measurement matrix constructed in this paper Compressed acquisition and reconstruction,and finally the performance of different measurement matrix acquisition and reconstruction algorithms are analyzed.
