With the acceleration of the process of urbanization in our country,the form of housing structure is moving in a diversified and complicated direction.Underground pipe network and other infrastructure are also developing rapidly,the structure of the house vulnerable to internal aging,the external environment and other unfavorable factors,the resulting structural safety issues need to be addressed.The quality of housing structure has a direct impact on the normal life of people and even endangers people's life safety.Therefore,research and realization of intelligent monitoring of housing structure have high engineering value and great economic and social benefits.The development of sensor networks,computer software and communication technologies,as well as civil engineering technologies provide the basis for the monitoring and evaluation of the condition of housing structures,the maintenance decision-making of houses,and the design and implementation of systems.This paper studies and realizes an intelligent monitoring system of remote on-line house structure based on cloud platform.Firstly,through the in-depth analysis of different sensors' monitoring principle,the hardware framework of the system is given,the sensor subsystem of LabVIEW is designed,Real-time data linear display,historical data analysis and other core modules.Secondly,due to the long monitoring period of the house structure monitoring system and the large number of sensors,the backstage management system of the database is designed and implemented,and the database is considered to be optimized.The backstage management system of the house structure based on JavaEE platform is emphatically designed and implemented.MVP design patterns dynamically set up the Android client system,and through the introduction of Android end-system optimization techniques such as memory to ensure the stability of the client.Finally,the algorithms of pitch disturbance measurement,data smoothing,multi-sensor data fusion based on BP neural network,structural damage identification based on wavelet packet analysis and support vector machine are analyzed and derived.Through the simulation of experimental data,it is proved that wavelet packet Analytical and support vector machines for structural damage identification can be applied to the identification of structural damage feasibility.The application object of this paper is a district in Ningbo.Through the research and design of hardware modules,software modules and algorithms,the practical application of remote intelligent monitoring of housing structure is realized.
