With the development of science and technology,target tracking technology is still a hot and challenging task in the present study.Military missile strikes need accurate positioning and tracking targets,medical scanning and tracking of pathological cells.Robot vision robots need to lock targets and track them.Traffic needs to track illegal vehicles and other vehicles.All aspects can not be separated from the target tracking technology.In the early tracking method,color histogram is a common appearance description method.In this paper,the partial occlusion problem of target tracking is solved based on color representation.this paper combines the interference perception model and the background object model to get a target tracking object model.The interference perception model can effectively suppress the interference area,and do not make the tracking to the target area similar to the target in the subsequent frame,so as to ensure the robustness of the tracking performance.Background object model can distinguish target objects from the surrounding background and ensure the tracking effect of subsequent frames.And the scale change is a basic and common problem in tracking,and the scale update can also reduce the drift phenomenon.If the target is reduced,the filter will learn a lot of background information.If the target is expanded,the filter will follow the local texture of the target,and the above two cases are likely to appear unpredefined.The result of the period leads to drifting and tracking failure.In order to solve this problem,this paper adopts adaptive scale estimation method,which can significantly reduce the drift problem and produce robust and reliable tracking results.Finally,the visual target tracking dataset(VOT)is used to test.The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper has good tracking performance.Compared with Mr.Zhang Kaihua's STC tracking algorithm and the Xue Mei and Haibin Ling tracking algorithms(RVT),the color tracking based method performs well in both accuracy and robustness.In addition,the method proposed in this paper can effectively achieve real-time online target tracking.This shows that the color based target tracking is advanced in some performance and is better than the two target trackers in the VOT data set.
