In recent years,with the continuous development of industrial automation,the existing electronic products are being eliminated.Coupled with the improvement of people's purchasing power,it promotes the upgrading of electronic products.As a result,the demand for electronics manufacturing technology is increasing.In order to protect the electronic products used in bad environment,as far as possible to reduce the impact of the ext ernal environment on the internal circuit board and components.Usually in the production process of electronic products,a coating which can protect circuit board will be sprayed on the internal circuit board.With the miniaturization of electronic products and the scale of production,Therefore,the traditional manual spraying method can no longer meet the needs of the development of science and technology.This topic is put forward in the above background.The selective coating machine developed in this paper can replace manual spraying and improve the production efficiency and quality.The design scheme and technical target of the selective coating machine,such as repetitive positioning accuracy,visual location function and so on,is based on the research status of selective coating machine,and the workflow of surface coating technology.The design of Motion control module uses industrial PC and motion control card,visual module uses CCD camera to identify the location and position corrected,mechanical transmission module uses servo motor and ball screw to transmitt.The selective coating machine is developed by hardware and software.The hardware part mainly includes the selection and assembly o f key parts such as industrial PC,motion control card,industrial camera,servo motor and ball screw.The software part uses the VB.NET programming language to write the program.Through the design of the program editing interface and the main operating interface,the basic motion function of the coating machi ne is realized.Through the design of the visual positioning correction module,the accuracy of coating machine spraying is ensured,and the phenomenon of leakage and wrong spraying is avoided.After selective coating machine developed,we carry on the actual spraying experiment and repetitive setting accuracy measurement experiment.The experimental results show that the selective coating machine can complete different shape,different complexity of PCB spraying experiment,the effect of spraying meet expected requirements,and repeat precision meet the design requirements.
