In recent years,more and more people likes to use smart phone to surf the Internet or watch the news.With the extensive use of smart phones,the limited wireless spectrum could not comfortable the demands of people.The contradiction between the limited wireless spectrum and the demands of high rate becomes the most important problem.D2 D could allow two closed terminals to communicate directly without relaying on the involvement of base station.D2 D could alleviate the deficiency of wireless spectrum and the stress of base station.In order to reach the goal of 5th generation in spectrum and energy efficiency.This paper mainly studies the resource allocation problem of D2 D communication system from two aspects:minimize the interference between users and maximize the energy efficiency of D2 D users.The first study point is minimizing the interference between users.When D2 D users reuse the uplink resource of cellular users,D2 D users and base stations are interfered by cellular users and D2 D users respectively.The interference between D2 D users and cellular users could not ignored.The algorithm includes two phased allocation.The first phase solve the problem of minimizing the interference.If the first phase could not approach the goal of total transmit rate,the proposed algorithm will get into the second phase.Finally,the simulation results would show that the proposed algorithm could minimize the interference between D2 D users with cellular users.The second phase should complete the requirements of total transmit rate.Then paper solves the second problem of the energy efficiency.This paper is mainly the joint power allocation and resource allocation to improve the energy efficiency of the D2 D system.The genetic algorithm is mainly used in power controlling for D2 D users.The improved Hungarian algorithm is mainly used in the allocation of resources.Finally,the simulation results would show that the algorithm of joint power allocation and resource allocation can effectively improve the energy efficiency of the D2 D communication system.
