Skin color detection refers to the process of detecting human skin regions in images or videos,and has a wide range of applications in image processing and identification.Since the distribution of skin color in the color space is clustered,many skin color detection models convert the image to a certain color space separating luminance and chromaticity for detection.This skin color detection method ignoring the luminance component can reduce the influence of the light intensity,but it will expand the range of skin color detection when dealing with uneven light,and increase the false detection rate.Therefore,the luminance component also contains important information,and considering the luminance information,it is necessary to solve the influence of the illumination.However,current illumination compensation algorithms mostly deal with grayscale images,and many of them are used to improve the face detection and recognition effects,and are not suitable for skin color detection.Therefore,this paper proposes an adaptive skin color detection method based on arc gamma illumination compensation.This method first adaptively selects the optimal gamma parameter by constructing an arctangent function,and performs gamma correction on an underexposed image,which can effectively solve the influence of skin light on the intensity of illumination,and utilizes the adaptive color scale stretching based on the grayscale histogram.The method removes the image atomization effect and improves the sharpness of the image.Then,a skin color detection method based on YCbCr adaptive skin color range is proposed.Based on the properties of Gaussian distribution,this method uses face detection and face calibration to obtain the prior distribution data of human face,and calculates the statistics of skin color in YCbCr color space,such as average and standard deviation,to estimate the Gaussian distribution of skin color.This adaptively regulates the range of skin color detection.In addition,this article combines the skin color detection method and applied to the image beautification scene,puts forward the concept of local beauty,and solves several problems of local beauty.The experimental results show that the skin color detection method proposed in this paper can effectively compensate the illumination of the image,improve the skin color detection accuracy of the underexposed image,and have strong adaptability to the skin color detectionof different races.Great,with a certain amount of research and application value in the local beauty application scenario.
