With the continuous development of science and technology,and the gradual promotion of the "Internet+" concept,people's lifestyle is being gradually changed.Technology is playing an important role in our daily life,such as mobile ordering and mobile payment.It is an inevitable trend to carry out information management in catering industry.How to design a catering system that can provide better services is a difficult problem,which is urgent to be solved.The smart kitchen model aims to provide a unified and intelligent model for the informatization of catering enterprises.And how to make the kitchen smarter is a very complicated problem,can consider from multiple aspects,this paper focuses on solving the scheduling problem in the kitchen.Based on the actual application scenario,this paper analyzes and models the problems,and divides the problems into two application scenarios according to the different actual requirements.In the actual solution process,we abstract the problem into a flexible job shop scheduling problem,which has been concerned for a long time,but there has been no unified solving method for it.Therefore,there are few researches about combining this problem with actual demand.According to the characteristics of the problem under different scenarios,this paper designs the objective functions and solutions separately.The genetic algorithm is based on population iteration,performs random search and directed evolution during the iterative process with powerful global search capability and efficient search efficiency.Algorithms are designed to solve the kitchen scheduling problem in small and large businesses separately in different chapters of this paper.The objective of service is efficiency in small businesses because of less customer demand and shorter dining time and a genetic algorithm is designed to solve this problem.However,the medium and large enterprises aim to provide better quality service as the main objective.In addition to the pursuit of quality of dishes,it is also necessary to take the serving sequence and the serving time of dishes into account.Therefore,it is abstracted as a multi-objective flexible job shop scheduling problem,and a solution based on NSGA-? is designed to dealw ith this problem.At the same time,the aforementioned algorithms are improved,and the local search algorithm was introduced to improve the search ability of the algorithms.Aforementioned algorithms are tested using the simulated data sets and the standard data sets and compared with other algorithms,where the simulated data sets are generated based on the actual scenario.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithms can solve the problem of kitchen scheduling efficiently,and they are superior to other algorithms in many indicators.A smart dining system oriented to practical needs is designed and developed.
