Vision inspection is a non-contact measurement technique,which is strengthful for its flexibility and accuracy of measurement.Along with the constant development of computer technology,3D measurement technique has been applied in industrial manufacture and daily lives extensively,with the harsh demand for its accuracy.Therefore,the active vision measurement technology based on structured light obtains increasing attention for its strong anti-interference,high degree of accuracy.This study improves the method of 3D reconstruction based on horopter and structured light,which is able to reconstruct the 3D object appearance effectively.The construction of the system,the angle to place binocular camera,the position of the testing object,have great impact on the accuracy of 3D reconstruction.The study revolves around the method,concerning the accuracy of reconstruction 3D information with the following content.(1)Analyze the measurement theory based on horopter and structured light,constructing mathematical model,system qualification and also reconstructing models(2)Propose the factors of 3D information recovered by the 3D reconstruction method,including the angle resolution factors brought by binocular camera resolution ratio and the angle of deflection,the matching error factor brought by the distance between the object and binocular camera,the size ranging factors brought by the characteristics of Gaussian structured light,the factors brought by the leaning angle of the testing object,causing the dissimilarity in binocular camera projection,and also the factors brought by the different reflectivity in different materials of the testing object(3)Build the analytical model of evaluating the above factors in 3D information recovered by the 3D reconstruction method.By analyzing the effect that different spots of the testing object,different angles of inclination surface material qualification and different binocular camera spots have on the accuracy of 3D recovery,the correctness of the analysis is verified.(4)Based on the above research findings,the system measurement stage is set up,carrying out simulated and practical measuring experiments and analyzing the measurement accuracy.Finally the findings which are appropriate for application in engineering are presented.
