Information hiding technology makes use of the sensory redundancy of the human visual system to hide secret information in the cover,which is not easily perceived and does not affect the use value of the cover.While concealing the content of the secret information,it also hides the existence of the secret information.Reversible information hiding hides information in digital media with a reversible manner.After the hidden information is extracted from the cover,the original cover can be completely restored.The use of reversible information hiding technology can achieve hidden communications,copyright protection,authentication and other purposes,without damaging the original cover,can save useful or precious multimedia files,avoid the proliferation of multimedia carrying secret information,eliminate the risk of future information cracked.In this paper,H.264/AVC and HEVC video are used as cover to study the reversible information hiding technology.The main achievements of this dissertation are as follows:1.A H.264/AVC video reversible information hiding algorithm based on histogram translation truncation of QDCT coefficients is proposed.Aiming at the problem of the histogram translation reversible strategy,a histogram translation truncation method is proposed and its application conditions are given.Combining with H.264/AVC video compression standard,the embedding position can be reasonably selected.Without affecting the reversibility of the algorithm,the embedding efficiency of the algorithm and the visual quality of the concealed video are improved.2.A H.264/AVC video reversible information hiding algorithm based on macroblock CBP coefficient value is proposed.Firstly,the characteristics of Coded Block Pattern(CBP)in H.264/AVC video compression standard are analyzed.Then a reversible information hiding strategy based on the value of macroblock CBP coefficients is designed.It is not introduced Any distortion when embedding secret information.This algorithm maximizes the visual quality of cover video and reduces the risk of being perceived by third parties.3.A HEVC video reversible information hiding algorithm by modify the QDCT coefficients is proposed.The reversible modulation strategy is designed based on the features of the new macroblock partitioning technology and symbol data hiding in the HEVC video compression standard.The proposed algorithm fills in the blank of reversible information hiding based on HEVC video QDCT coefficients.
