With the continuous improvement of information technology and the flourishing development of the domestic chip industry,the latest technologies such as Artificial Intelligence,Internet of Things,and Virtual Reality come into people's lives.In these technologies,processors play an indispensable role.With the process of processors' localization is advancing.There is a big difference between domestic processor and mainstream processor on performance,architecture,and operating environment.Therefore,it has great significance and application value to carry out research on the reliability assessment of domestic processors.The problem of traditional processor test technology is that environmental stress test can't fully assess domestic processors,hence,a processor reliability test technology combining benchmark suits and environmental stress is proposed,from the viewpoint of co-ordination of software and hardware in this project.The main research contents and results are as follows:The test plan that combines the benchmark suits with traditional environmental tests was explored.The traditional test plan involved in this project included temperature testing,vibration testing,and temperature/vibration comprehensive environmental testing.Based on the traditional environmental testing,the benchmark suits are introduced.The benchmark suits are used to quantify the performance of the processor.The impact of the environmental test conditions on the processor performance is intuitively analyzed,and the purpose of the co-ordination test is achieved.Based on co-ordination of software and hardware,this project conducted the processor temperature testing,vibration testing and temperature/vibration comprehensive environment testing for a certain type of domestic processor.The results show that: in the temperature testing,the performance of the processor shows a ladder-type drop as the temperature rose,and the performance evaluation scores drop at 45 ? and 85 ?;in vibration testing,the processor performance evaluation scores showed a sharp decline as the vibration level rose,and the drop was most noticeable in the segment of 10Grms~15Grms;in the comprehensive environmental testing,the score of processor performance evaluation showed a gradual decrease as the severity of test conditions increased.The environment testing technology of domestic processor based on co-ordination of hardware and software provides experimental means for fully and comprehensively evaluating and assessing the reliability of domestic processors.This technique might promote the quality and reliability of domestic processors and boost the development of industrialization.
