Motion blurs are always caused by the relative motion between the handheld camera andthe objects. In daily life, capturing partial blurred images is also a common experence. In recent years, image deblurring methods for the uniform case have made a great progress. However, this kind of methods still have some limitations for the partial blurred case.In a partial blurred image, the intensities in the foreground and background may be generated by different image formation process, which makes the uniform blur assumption fail to fit the image formation process well.In addtion, the non-uniform deblurring methods which are based on camera shaken assumptions also can not handle with the possible abrupt blurs caused by fast moving objects well.In some methods, hybrid camera systems are designed to acquire additional information from moving objects, but these methods require specially designed hardwares.Furthermore, there are also some partial motion blurred image restoration methods based on image segmentation, these methods rely on the quality of segmentation result to a great extent. If the segmentation result is not accurate,it will not obtain a good image restoration result.Aiming at these problems,we propose to combine image semantic segmentation and blur regions detection for partial blurred image restoration. The existing blur detection method which has better effect is proposed by Shi et al[31],which extracts some effective blur features, but this method does not take into account the semantic information of the image, and can not detect the blur region very accurately for some images. We use semantic information to refine the blur regions, and can obtain more accurate blur regions. Finally, the blind image deconvolution is used only for the image blurred part, and the restoration result is obtained.Experiments show that our method can achieve good results for synthetic and real partial blurred images.
