AFTN telegraphy is a special telegram,responsible for air control services,civil aviation sector meteorological notices,and commuter services in all business units in the aviation sector.It is the key to ensuring the smooth operation of air traffic control.At present,AFTN telegraph systems at some airports in China can only transmit and browse messages.Although the interpretation of messages is equipped with certain intelligent auxiliary software,it still requires a lot of manual intervention,so that the ability of the back-end air traffic control personnel High demands were put forward,and it takes a lot of effort and time to train a skilled aviation management personnel.In order to solve the above problems,the comprehensive use of multi-disciplinary knowledge,the use of computer technology to achieve the automatic interpretation of AFTN messages,is now the top priority for the aviation management department.The research work of this paper is based on the actual user requirements,based on information technology,combined with databases,electronic maps,etc.,for the entire processing flow after the AFTN message is received,through the engineering realization of the functions such as message parsing,reorganization,automatic translation,and visualization.Developed a set of AFTN message processing system based on C/S framework,realized the automatic translation of common 40 kinds of messages,combined with electronic maps,extracted the location information elements in the messages,and displayed them vividly and intuitively.Reporters,the main research content is as follows:(1)Packet parsing algorithm based on network protocol design concept.By studying the coding rules and network protocols of AFTN messages,the parsing of AFTN telegrams has been completed by combining the classic models of computer networks in the realization of message parsing and reorganization.(2)Message reassembly algorithm based on TCP sliding window mechanism.Through comparative study on the transmission process of AFTN telegrams and TCP sliding window mechanism,the real-time and completeness of message reception is ensured,and the occurrence of missed reports is reduced.(3)Automatic translation of AFTN telegrams.Through the study of the translation rules of the message elements and the flexible configurable message templates,automatic translation of AFTN telegrams has been achieved.(4)Visualization of message elements.Combining the electronic map platform,the transformation of text elements into graphic elements was realized,and the visual display of message elements was completed.The system developed using the research results has been applied to practical jobs for about 3 years,and has been highly praised by users.The next step is to solve some problems in use.
