The current Unified Communication System is mainly aimed at satisfying users' multimedia communications and collaborative service requirements,focusing on the development and application of basic interactive functions such as messaging,audio and video,and data transmission,but it has not been able to tap traditional communication services and frontier data mining technology.In the context of massive data,the traditional stand-alone processing capabilities can no longer meet the requirements of information processing.For the data mining technology in the field of Unified Communication,the data volume is too large to be faced in the big data scenario.Therefore,the data mining and machine learning algorithms in the communication field also need to be massively parallelized.In order to explore more value of data in the field of Unified Communication,this paper establishes a social network relationship discovery model for data in Unified Communication System,proposes a analysis model of user influence for fused tags,and parallelizes it to meet the needs of large-scale data.This model integrates the user network topology,user interaction behavior,and basic user information data into the model.This avoids the problem of the traditional user influence analysis model that can only be excavated from a single perspective,and makes full use of the value of data in the field of unified communication to enhance the forecast results accuracy.At the same time,the parallelized interface of Spark is used to implement the model in parallel,and the model results are visualized on the unified communication intelligent analysis platform.According to the specific application scenario of Unified Communication big data analysis,big data analysis platform is needed to support it.Using open source big data tools,this paper analyzes the related background of Unified Communication,designs the overall architectural solution of the Unified Communication intelligence analysis platform with Spark as the core,and implements each module in the architecture.Complete the work of collecting and integrating large-scale communication data,analysis,mining,and visualization on the platform.At the same time,the analysis of user influence of Unified Communication System is studied on the platform. |
