With the transformation and development of next-generation mobile communication technologies, more emphasis will be placed on user experience, average throughput, transmission delays, and support for emerging mobile services. This will be a key indicator in judging system performance. In the 5G era,ultra-dense networks will be used as a key technology for deployment in communication scenarios. In a multi-cell scenario, how to ensure the quality of service for edge users and rationally use limited spectrum resources is an important issue worth studying. In order to improve the throughput performance of cell-edge users, this paper starts from two aspects. On the one hand,it considers edge users receiving interference, reduces the inter-area interference, and maximizes the use of limited spectrum resources;on the other hand,it improves the resource scheduling algorithm, which ensures fairness and throughput of scheduling among different users.First, considering the situation that inter-area interference and spectrum allocation are unreasonable will affect the throughput of edge users, dynamic soft-frequency reuse is used to mitigate inter-area interference conditions. At the same time, users of frequency resources are dynamically adjusted according to the distribution of users in the cell. When there are more edge users, ease tensions in the use of resources in marginal regions.Secondly, through researching and analyzing the classical resource scheduling algorithms,we discussed the advantages and disadvantages of them.In this paper, the max C/I scheduling rule is used as the throughput factor, and the proportional fair scheduling rule and the maximum weighted delay first scheduling rule are used as real-time users and non-real-time users respectively. Finally the throughput factor combined with a fairness factor to jointly serve as a scheduling rule that affects the scheduling priority of the user. The simulation results show that the improved resource scheduling algorithm is applied to users of different services respectively. For non-real-time services, the simulation results of the TI-PF scheduling algorithm are 40% higher than the PF algorithm in terms of throughput, and they are more fair in terms of fairness than Max C/I algorithm;for real-time users, the throughput increases by 35% with the TG-LWDF scheduling algorithm. Finally, from the perspectives of resource allocation and scheduling, this paper proposes a scheme of dynamic soft frequency reuse joint TG-LWDF scheduling algorithm to optimize throughput performance for edge users in dense cells. This paper verifies the correctness and feasibility of the proposed scheme and simulates the above research scheme on the MATLAB system platform. The results show that by combining the advantages of dynamic soft frequency reuse technology and TG-LWDF algorithm, this paper proposes a joint solution, which make full use of idle resources to improve system throughput and spectrum utilization, and on the basis of ensuring the fairness of edge user scheduling, effectively improve the average throughput of users and ensure their service quality.
