Contrast Preserving Decolorization

Color decolorization-The process of converting a color image to a grayscale image.It is very common to print color images on black and white printers.In this article,we propose an optimization method designed to maximize the original color contrast.Our main contribution is to propose a new clustering method ffcm(fast fcm)for color pictures,which changes the traditional fcm to cluster through space and turn it into clustering by value range,with a speed increase of about 6 times.A simple and effective decoloring algorithm is provided,which is preprocessed and then clustered.Each cluster is then mapped to a certain color,and the colors corresponding to different clusters are as different as possible.We also proposed a new assessment indicator to quantitatively evaluate the outcome.
