The high frequency and power electropult has been applied to radar,missile guidance,aerospace and relative fields with the continuous development of communication technology.The dominant part of electropult is the “Solid State Power Amplifier-SSPA”.The accuracy of SSPA's output power can affect the performance of electropult which constitutes radar system,missile guidance system and so on.If the accuracy is low,These systems based on electropult will be influenced because of the accuracy.so,we should do research in the calibration and the fault diagnose methods of the amplifer's power in order to ensure the high performance of above-mentioned systems.At the beginning of this thesis,which will conduct a survey of some project-related technology such as Automatic Testing?Fault Diagnosis and WTA Neural Network to state its state-of-art in the background of establishing a cooperation relationship with “The Tenth Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation(CETC-10).The purpose of coopration is designing Ka SSPA's software of its Automatic Calibration and Outfield Fault Diagnosis.Secondly,the thesis will fully understand the hardware platform and interface of E4418 B ?MG3694C?GPIB/RS422-485/RJ45 processes involved in the project,and to brief the panel structure and interface,elaborated on the structure and principles of the study of SSPA,Converted the overall objective of the project requirements to Specific functional requirements,after that,we design the software's architecture which contains functional architecture,model-relationship architecture and interface-modules-distributed architecture.Thirdly,the thesis elaborates and configures the software and hardware environment involved in development process to prepare for software development before carrying out software development,And finally,the thesis proposes two new methods which are used for the Automatic Calibration of power amplifier and Outfield Fault Diagnosis based on the emphasis in software function demanding and our research,the methods are “The Power's Automatic Calibration Method Based on Genetic Algorithm” and “The Fault Diagnosis Method Based on BP and WTA Neural Networks”.For the proposed “automatic calibration method”in this thesis,which is designed genetic algorithm key – “fitness function”,extracting f(p)and F(P)as the power error correction and error correction functions mean function,and explaining the concrete implementation of the method.Then we realize the function of automatic calibration module in the software such as the remote control of hardware devices?the v-p curve of power amplifier and the error amplifier power value correction and so on by utilizing the code.Compared with the manual calibration method,it showed that the method is advantage and beneficial effect ratio in sspa's automatic calibration field.The thesis design and validate a new model of “BP-WTA diagnosis positioning model” based on the proposed “Fault diagnosis”method.and then,explain Fault diagnosis algorithm of BP-WTA,which include BP Neural Network and WTA Neural Network based on the memristor array.We add Memristor array to the proposed Fault Diagnosis method.In the environment of MATLAB,we identify the experiment of bearing-fault type,bearing-damage degree and amplifier fault type according to 72+72+14 groups of samples,the diagnostic accuracy is expected to be 100% when the bearing fault occurs?the diagnostic accuracy is 92.86% when the power amplifier fault occurs compared the BP and WTA Neural Networks with traditional method of BP and HMM,which shows that the proposed method is effective and practical in fault diagnosis in theory.
