In the forming process of organic film farbicated by the solution-processed,the characteristics of the thin films would affected by the processing conditions,emissive component and so on.In view of,the paper is focused on solution-processed TADF-OLEDs,did research on the farbicated of single component emissive layer,host-dopant mixed emissive layer devices and high performance solution-processed multilayer devices.The main results as follows:1.In the single emissive layer,by selected suitable organic solvents to improve the quality of the thin films and boost the performance of the devices.Eventually,the film based on chlorobenzene solvent is relatively smooth and device displays the bestperformance.The device shows turn-on voltage of 2.7V,maxmium luminance of 8663cd/m~2,maxmium current efficiency of 20.7cd/A,maxmium lumious efficiency of 21.6lm/W,respectively.2.In the host-dopant emssive layer,aimed at the concentration quenching of the TADF emitter,PAPTC doped into the hole-transporting material of TAPC to restrain triplet quenching of PAPTC emitter.Meanwhile,it is found that the TAPC combined with the electron-transport material of TmPyPB would form interfacial exciplex host,which effectively eliminate charge injection barrier and excitons quenching.The resultant s-OLEDs demonstrate superior EL performance,i.e.a high EQE of 14.9%,PE of 50.1lm/W,respectively.Most importantly,an extremely low efficiency roll-off is realized with the EQE of device is declined to 0.99,0.95 and 0.62 of its maximum value(14.9%)at luminances of100,1000,10000cd/m~2,respectively even superior to the-state-of-the-art thermally evaporated TADF-type OLEDs.The overall performance is among the best results for the TADF polymer-based s-OLEDs.3.In the multilayer solution-processing OLEDs,TADF polymer(PAPTC)was used as the emissive layer and alcohol-soluble material was used as the electron-transporting layer to carry out the orthogonal procedure.Eventually,the resultant s-OLEDs gives high current efficiency of 38.1cd/A,power efficiency of 40.5lm/W,EQE of 10.9%,respectively,compared with the performance of devices based the evaporated electron-transporting layer.
