With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,the function of intelligent transportation system is becoming important increasingly.Pedestrian detection and face recognition technology have significant research value and practical value in the system,.What's more,pedestrian detection and face recognition also have broad prospects for development.They are hot topics at home and abroad.And in the process of research,many excellent algorithms are put forward and optimized in the following development.The traditional pedestrian detection technology and face recognition technology have the characteristics of high accuracy and high practicability.The development of new generation technology makes the intelligent transportation system more secure and perfect.In detection and recognition,however,the complexity of the scene still restricts its efficiency.How to detect pedestrians and identify their characteristics quickly and accurately in complex video scene is still the core problem of pedestrian detection and recognition technology.For the special groups—the sanitation workers,the city management department hopes to manage them conveniently and friendly.Therefore,it is necessary to design a set of non-contact management equipment.In the process of detection for sanitation workers,although the traditional optical flow method have their own advantages,by reason of noise,environmental scene complexity,traditional optical flow already can't satisfy the demand of people on the detection efficiency.Therefore,this paper presents a fusion of HSV color space and optical flow detection technology.This technique combines HSV color space and optical flow method,and optical flow equation was improved.So the Fusion technology can detect the sanitation workers at the different environment(dynamic,static,simple and complex)scenarios.In addition,the most important feature of the technology is that the sanitation workers are separated from other groups in the same picture,which is only effective for the detection of sanitation workers.And the error detection rate is reduced greatly.Therefore,the technology has a higher detection efficiency.In addition,in the process of face recognition,this paper puts forward the recognition algorithm based on average figure and principal component analysis.By extracting the facial features under different angles,the Eigenface is obtained and the average figure is calculated,too.Finally,the face is recognized.Multiple Eigenfaces which come from different angles can be used to determine the category of this Eigenface and compare this Eigenface with original image.And so the accuracy of the algorithm is improved.In addition,the energy number of eigenvalue is also one of the methods to judge the performance of the algorithm.Therefore,the recognition algorithm has some practical significance and practical value.Finally,the test results show that the detection accuracy and recognition rate of the sanitation workers detection technology and identification recognition algorithm have a high level in this paper.
