In recent years, flexible electronics has attracted great attention due to its excellent mechanical properties such as flexibility, bendability and stretchability. However, the traditional micromachining process technology is difficult to meet the production requirements of low cost,pollution-free and mass production for flexible electronics, which seriously limits the commercialization and industrialization of flexible electronics. In this thesis,it is proposed that a manufacturing processing of flexible electronic based on laser patterning and selective transfer printing. This manufacturing processing mainly includes two core technologies: laser patterning and selective transfer printing. In this manufacturing processing,a laser is used to patterned copper foil. The width and roughness of the patterned copper foil are controlled by adjusting the laser parameters(The minimum width is 7.28?m,the minimum roughness is 0.447?m).By controlling the added amount of PEIE,curing time and temperature, the energy release rate of PDMS can be precise controlled. Then, through controlling of the energy release rate of PDMS and the width of copper foil, the selective transfer printing of multi-width is realized, and the basic principle of selective transfer printing is demonstrated by verification experiments and theoretical analysis. Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of this manufacturing processing,we design and manufacture a lot of stretchable electronic by this manufacturing processing, such as epidermis electronic system, flexible tactile systems, stretchable connected wire. The electronics processing based on laser patterning and selective transfer printing can not only simple and effective to fabricate stretchable electronic device, but also be combined with R2 R technology. And it is believed to be a reliable technique for potential mass production of stretchable with low cost,no pollution.
