Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Dormitory Management System Of Jining Normal University

With the continuous expansion of the scale of university students,dormitory management work becomes more and more complicated,the traditional manual management has been difficult to meet the management needs of colleges and universities.In order to reduce the management burden of college dormitory management personnel and improve its efficiency,it is significant to make use of the information technology to replace the traditional manual management.It can help to finish many traditional repeated work and improve the management efficiency and accuracy.It is necessary to design a system which is fit for college student dormitory management to better realize the unity and summary of the students' dormitory management matters.Based on the needs of daily dormitory management and the development of information construction in Jining normal college,this paper expounds the design and implementation of the intelligent dormitory management system of the whole college in detail based on the advanced computer and network technology.To ensure the reliability and security of the intelligent dormitory management system on the whole,mainly adopted the MVC architecture,used JSP technology and selected the SQL Server 2012 database during the developing process.Firstly,detailed analysis of the concrete needs of the four core functions,which are system management,dormitory intelligent allocation of hydropower and repair management and intelligent access control management,was given with the blueprint of each function and detailed description attached.Then according to the analysis of demand of the systematic function and the technology used,the overall system architecture and the design of the function module were completed.In the process of the function module design,functional structure diagram,flow chart and diagram of the four core functions were used to design in detail,and finished the design of database platform.In the process,the Association rule mining algorithm was used to guarantee new students' dormitory intelligent distribution;finally,the author completed the test of the whole system from many aspects,such as function test,load The whole system test etc.The results of test fully meet the requirements of the established target.Through the operation of the whole system,the intelligent dormitory management system can solve the urgent needs of standardized management,intelligent distribution,high level of service in Jining normal college.It promotes considerably the work efficiency of the logistics department staff and the dorm staff.
