As an important form of financial organization for China's commercial banks,Luliang CCB not only shoulders personal savings responsibilities,but also acts as a lending business for some small and micro enterprises.It must start with itself to study a management rule for small and micro loans that suits its own development.Loan process.After a long period of practical experience in artificial credit,CCB has accumulated a great deal of experience in customer management,loan applications,loan issuance and post-lending management.However,in practice,it has also found that there are many problems in the process of small and micro loans.Luliang CCB,as a financial institution,lacks a scientific and reasonable micro and micro loan management system.During the loan process,manual approval is not in place,artificial risk assessment depends on experience,loans for small and micro enterprises are difficult,and loan procedures are unreasonable.Economic development plays a lagging role[1].The CCB micro-lending platform was also put forward and implemented in this context.This article analyzes the background and significance of the LüLiang CCB micro-lending platform and the research status at home and abroad,and analyzes the current deficiencies and advantages of the current micro-lending platform.The system requirements were investigated,and the contents of the research were discussed in detail.Finally,the system was functionally displayed,and the use case model was used to demonstrate the functional requirements,so that the users had an intuitive understanding of the system's functions.According to the analysis of the user's needs,first of all,in the early stage,the system will proceed from the display,business,management,component,and integration levels to the down-architecture.In the detailed design process of each subsystem,the sequence diagram will be used for the function of each module from the browser.The front-end to back-end database access was developed and designed.The system design provided a clear idea for the implementation of the later stage.The system is based on the J2EE technology architecture.Based on the system's features,the current technology is analyzed and compared.Finally,the Spring,Spring MVC,and Spring Data technologies are used to implement the system's MVC architecture.Finally,the function modules of the system's core loan issuance from white box testing to black box testing,designing as many comprehensive test cases as possible from the bottom up,after system testing and debugging,the system has reached the requirements analysis specification.This article analyzes and discusses the system according to software engineering theory.The implementation of this platform has greatly improved the scientificity and efficiency of micro and micro loan management,especially in the process of loan and scientific and rational risk assessment system,which has reduced the dependence on the experience of artificial risk assessment and also reduced the management of micro and micro loans.The threshold of personnel,the efficiency of the loan has been effectively improved,the release of manual intervention loans has been reduced,the risk of loans has been reduced[3],and the timeliness,scientificity,and accuracy of loans have been achieved.The system not only provides scientific managers with effective assistance for client managers,but also provides a scientific and effective framework for CCB's customer data,laying the foundation for the overall risk management of the small and micro enterprise financial markets.
