| In the initial stage of business development,the staff is less and the communication and management between staff is more convenient.With the gradual development of the company's business,the company's developers are gradually increasing,and the business services provided by the company are also gradually increasing.The cost of the management of communication between departments and the cost of service security will gradually increase and become the bottleneck of the company's business development.Therefore,a service management platform is needed to reduce communication and management costs within the department.The main design goal of this platform system is to improve the office efficiency within the department and to manage the service authority within the department.At first,the paper investigates and introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge in the service management system.Then the paper analyzes the problems existing in the communication and management in the department from the actual demand of the department,and determines the overall demand of the service management platform.Based on the requirement analysis,the whole architecture of the system is designed,and the function of the system is divided into several sub modules.Finally,this paper gives a detailed introduction to the implementation of each sub module of the system,and tests the function of the system,and gives some test cases and test results.The purpose of the design and development of the service management platform is to reduce the communication cost in the process of on-line service and improve the work efficiency of the department staff.Secondly,the service authority in the department is managed and distributed uniformly,and the service security in the department is improved.At present,the service management platform has been put into practical application and run stably,which effectively improves the efficiency of employees and the security of enterprise service. |
