Design And Implementation Of An Information Management System For Enterprise Communist Youth League

Twenty-first Century is the era of information technology.The importance of information has been widely accepted by society.Information,materials and energy are being regarded as the three pillars of the development of society and science technology.The importance of computer in modern society is increasing with each passing days,accompanied by a large number of documents and information.Massive of data have raised higher requirements for our management level.The traditional mode such as artificial management cannot satisfy the actual needs.Modern management system based on Web is a new type of solution.With the development of modern information technology,it will receive more attention and replace the traditional management mode gradually.It will be becoming the main management tools.Therefore,the research and implementation of many kinds of management systems based on Web has become a field with great concern.This thesis starts with the needs of the Youth League Committee of my company,and designs the information management system based on their needs.At first,using object-oriented analysis and design methods,the user's business needs are analyzed in details,and a use case model is built using the UML unified modeling language.Secondly,the overall plan is designed,and the flow chart,class diagram and time sequence diagram of the core module are described.At last,this system adopts the B/S architecture model,based on J2 EE development standard and the principle of development of software engineering,designs and develops on the Eclipse platform.It uses My SQL as the database to design and implement the Youth League organization information system,with collect,management,query,analysis,sharing and other functions.The system is developed by MVC architecture,the database operation is JDBC and JavaBean.Business operation is controlled by Servlet and the page design uses HTML,JQuery,CSS3 technology.Through the implementation of the system,it can improve the management level of the Communist Youth League,and make the process of management more standardized,orderly and efficient.It will improve the work efficiency of the managers and reduce the labor intensity,cut down the probability of error effectively.At present,the system has been deployed in the company and already shows the effect.The Group service management is more institutionalized,scientific and standardized,and has achieved the expected goal.It has contributed a lot to the development of the informatization construction of the company.
