At present,information has swept all over the world.All kinds of new media,including network media,mobile end media,digital newspapers and so on,have shown a vigorous development trend.As one of the traditional media,broadcasting technology is facing great challenges.As an important part of broadcasting technology,short wave,with its unique way of transmission,shows strong transmission and broadcasting capabilities in some special environments.At present,the small power short wave transmitter below 10 Kw can basically achieve all solid state of high integration,and the combination of the fault points can be replaced when the failure occurs.And the high power short wave transmitter,influenced by the parts material and manufacturing process,always can not be fully solid,and the corresponding fault detection machine The system can not be directly targeted to the transmitter components.This results in the failure of the transmitter,it is difficult to accurately determine the fault location in time,even in a very short time to judge the fault point,for the time to exclude,the same will cause a short time sowing,even stop broadcast.The multiple PSM SW-50 B 50Kw short wave transmitters in our platform are faced with the failure to locate the fault points in time,and the time-consuming time of the troubleshooting is longer,resulting in unnecessary accident stopping.In order to fundamentally avoid bad broadcast and break accident occurred,I Taiwan joined the fault prediction mechanism for transmitter.At present,the fault prediction has been prepositioned by many systems as the core means of safe operation.After the analysis of the past and current running state of the equipment,the future trend of the equipment is judged,the rules are found and the hidden parts in the equipment are found in time,so as to reduce the "death" of the parts to the machine as much as possible.The cause of the accident.This paper focuses on the methods and classifications of fault prediction based on time series analysis.The main components and vulnerable parts of the transmitter are added to the sensor,and the corresponding data are extracted as the characteristic parameters to set up the time series.According to the nominal value of the transmitter,the relative standard of the fault verification and the experience of the experts for many years,the state threshold of the corresponding components is formulated,and the real-time data obtained by the sensor monitoring are used as the basis for the analysis.This element,based on the time series analysis,has carried out the research on the fault prediction method for the PSM SW-50 B short wave transmitter.The results show that the fault prediction method used in this paper is of strong timeliness,high accuracy and good prediction effect,and can be used as an early warning target.Effectively reduce the damage caused by the aging of components,due to bad accident sowing and broadcast transmitter.
