Research On Implementations Obstacles And Countermeasures Of Construction Robot In Chinese Construction Companies

China's construction market still maintains a huge economic volume,but low technology level with low profits,artificial construction method with safety problems and the labor shortage with population age structure bring a huge problem to the development of China's construction market.Therefore,China's construction industry need to update urgently towards sustainable development and civilization.Construction Robot refers to the application of services in the field of civil engineering robot,it can greatly improve the efficiency and safety of construction projects to help China to achieve the transformation of the construction industry.So it is necessary for us to study it.Now there are still some limitations in studies of construction robot in China.There is no investigation on the overall application of construction robots in construction enterprises,and there is no obstacle analysis and countermeasures research on construction and application of construction robot in China.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the application of construction robot in the country,learn from the construction industry at all levels of construction robot awareness and attitudes,find the domestic obstacle factors,then give countermeasures and suggestions.This paper designs a set of reasonable and effective questionnaires by means of literature summary method and expert consultation method.The questionnaires were sent out to the staff of construction industry at different job levels.After analyzing the questionnaire,this research finally finds that currently the implementation level of construction robot is not high in China's construction projects,while all levels of personnel of the construction industry are very enthusiastic about the use of construction robot.Factor analysis shows the most 3 important factors which hinder the application of construction robots in China are talent lack,low technology and weak creative consciousness.After finding the key obstacle factors,this research has put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,from company view and government view,in order to promote the construction and application of construction robots in China,and help the construction industry to realize the industrial upgrading.
