Design And Implementation Of Project Information Management System For Mine Design Institute

The main problems of the mine design institute are the confusion of project management,the low design efficiency and the inability to share information.The main purpose of developing project management information system is to build an information sharing software platform,the management level of enterprises is improved,and normalization,standardization and automation of enterprises are realized.By using the theory of project management and process control can make project management more effective,make the designer's work simpler,the further management process is optimized,and the core competitiveness of the company is improved.Based on the theory of software engineering and the modern programming technology,based on the waterfall model the process of software requirement analysis,design,implementation and testing is explained.First,in the process of demand analysis,business needs as the starting point,through the entire project life cycle process,the specific functional requirements are analyzed,the work of each part of project approval,planning,implementation,and maintenance is founded out,and according to the UML unified modeling language analysis of the main function modules of the system,operation environment and framework the design of the system.Then internal design for each functional module is done respectively.Through the analysis of the actual working process of the company,the flow chart of each module is set up,and the operation process and database used by the module flow chart and the data flow design software are used.Several key business processes,including form approval,drawing audit,mutual promotion task and drawing operation,are explained respectively.User authority is divided according to role control,namely,project leader,room level leader,professional leader and designer.Then,in the process of concrete implementation,how to use Petri network to model workflow and the physical environment and related technologies used by the system are explained.Finally,the software is tested by using black box test method and white box test method according to the actual needs of the user,some test results are given and the problems are solved.The system uses the B/S mode,the development platform uses the ASP.NET technical framework,and the database uses the Microsoft SQL Server database technology.The main functions of the project management are basically realized,the requirements proposed are met by the company,and the important problems of the company are solved.Through the test,the system has been able to be run normally,and the trial run stage has been passed,at present,The formal system has been run in the whole company.
