With the development and popularization of information technology and computer technology,the competition between electric business has actually changed from product quality and price competition to logistics service.Among them,in the huge potential of rural electricity providers,people began to find solutions to the problem of rural electricity distribution difficulties.In order to improve the logistics service quality of rural e-commerce,that is,the problem of the "last kilometer" distribution in remote areas,after a detailed background investigation and technical research,the high possibility of practical application is the starting point after the detailed background investigation and technical research.The combination of the new technology equipment four rotor unmanned aerial vehicle and the last kilometer distribution is put forward.We plan to develop a platform for the control and management of the combination of four rotor UAVs and express delivery.This paper first investigates the development and achievements of the unmanned aerial vehicle delivery at home and abroad,introduces the characteristics of the four rotor unmanned aircraft,and combines it with the express delivery system to analyze the feasibility of the system designed for the "last kilometer",and manages and controls the data of the four rotor unmanned aircraft in the process of delivery and delivery.The mature technology based on WEB front-end development is studied.The main development of the system is realized by the means of combining JavaScript and Html5,and MySql is used as the database of the system.In the MyEclipse environment,the development and operation of the system are carried out on the Tomcat.The design of this platform adopts the architecture of the three layer development of J2 EE.It adopts the B/S access mode based on the portal scheme,and adds the design of role authority,and the different users provide the personalized content and function service corresponding to them.The four rotor unmanned aerial vehicle,network,express distribution of the waybill,receipt and distribution process related,according to the user's functional requirements,the system is divided into unmanned aerial vehicle control management module,network control management module,waybill management module,monitoring management module and system setting module,through technical means to each model.The block is designed in detail and the function of each module of the system is realized by programming technology.The system has verified the practicability of the system through functional tests,which provides a reference for the four rotor UAV in the overall commercial delivery.The design and development of the control platform achieves the monitoring and management of the delivery and delivery of the four rotor UAV,and brings the following help to the staff.(1)the staff can use the system to inquire and monitor the distribution of the four order UAV's air waybill and the distribution of the outlets.(2)the staff can make use of the distribution of the system to deal with the failed delivery.(3)the staff through statistical analysis and analysis of the four rotor unmanned aerial vehicle,network,receipt and other management of the operation of the management,provides a reference for the business and management of the business.
