Research And Implementation Of Online Reservation And Operation Management System In Service Industry

The rapid development of the Internet has changed people's lives,work,and even thinking modes.In the era of “Internet + services”,online booking of hotels,movie tickets,and takeaways has been an endless stream.Online booking has become a consumption habit for people.Life services(beauty salons,body care,etc.),as an important part of the service industry,are mostly labor-intensive industries,and its traditional management methods and concepts have been unable to meet the needs of society.This article addresses the two-dimensional booking constraints of the life service industry involving service personnel and service time periods.Queue theory and Markov chain are used to analyze and optimize the reservation strategy.On this basis,a service-based online booking management system was developed.The main research content includes the following three aspects:(1)The characteristics of life service industry were analyzed using the prototype method from three levels.According to the requirements analysis,the system architecture,function division and database design of the service system are completed.(2)Using queueing theory M/M/s/K model is to quantify major quantities of online booking queue.A Markov chain prediction model based on customer arrival is established.The results from statistical probability prediction methods and index smoothing prediction method are compared with the actual results.Finally,the queuing system model M/M/s/K is used to complete the dynamic segmentation of the number of clients predicted each day.(3)A service industry online booking and operation management system based on the B/S architecture is developed using the Laravel framework.The development and testing of the system are completed using programming languages of HTML,JavaScript,Ajax and so on.The research results of the paper improve the efficiency of service enterprises and save user time costs.It has important theoretical and practical value in the aspects of online booking and operation management of life service industry.
