In recent years,the technology of big data and data mining has been applied in in the bank industries and gives the new way of updating Customer's value.In the numerous customer data and transaction information,it can mine the valuable customers of enhancing their deposits and provide personalized financial services.Now large domestic commercial banks have established customer value analysis system,but Shanxi Rural Credit Union don't have it because of its special system structure.In the mechanism of multiple legal entities,there are so many differences in the special mechanism such as regions?business preferences?the needs of risk prevention and so on.The traditional decision support system that only establish one model is not meeting the varying needs.Therefore,the different of models are established and analysis basing on bank regulation rank gaving by the CBRC(China Banking Regulatory Commission).Then we research the Customer Classification and Customer Value Enhancement in the mechanism of multiple legal entities.The system analysis the value of customers in Shanxi Rural Credit Union.We introduces the two parts of this system include of the Customer Classification and Customer Value Enhancement.The work of this paper is as follows:(1)We investigate the data situation and business problems of Shanxi Rural Credit Union and its unique multi-legal mechanism.And we know the research and construction of the customer value analysis system at home and abroad.Finally,the demand analysis of the system is completed based on the research.(2)On the basis of demand analysis,the system design is carried out.And the data mining of the two parts including of the Customer Classification and Customer Value Enhancement is determined.The data indicators and basic processes are determined.Then,the database physical structure was designed,and the customer value analysis system was built using the python framework,which realized the data analysis and display work.(3)In the research,the clustering algorithm is applied into the model of Customer classification.It analysis the customers data of basic institutions from three different fields of activity?contribution and channel preference and will guide customer policy making.The sorting algorithms are used to Customer Value Enhancement.And we will evaluate the models in order to using the best one to discover the valuable customers list that will improve marketing efficiency.At the same time,the system has a good interface of data visualization,so that the business personnel can understand the data analysis results more quickly and more accurately.This system can meet the needs of the customer value analysis under the multi-level legal mechanism of Shanxi Rural Credit Union.It can complete the work of the Customer Classification and Customer Value Enhancement Prediction,and enable the bank to have the needle to provide marketing services for customers,improve service quality and efficiency.
