Research On Time Expression Recognition Of Reading Comprehension In College Entrance Examination

Machine reading comprehension is a hot topic in the field of natural language processing and is a method to measure the level of artificial intelligence.Time information is a very important semantic carrier in reading and understanding text,the recognition of time information is an important task in semantic information processing.Accurate recognition time information for answering question system grasp time context and clarify the logic relation of time has significant help,can solve numerical reasoning need time information such as all kinds of questions play a role in the problem solving.This thesis is based on national 863 plan project "language problems to solve and answer generation project" key technology as the backing,in the university entrance exam language comprehension of scientific discourse,applicability of time expression recognition method study,completion time expression recognition system design and implementation.The main work and research results of this paper are as follows:(1)The contrast analysis of the current in time expression recognition research in the field of research present situation and the commonly used method,on the basis of TempEval2 time expression type defined for the supplement and modification,better improve the identification accuracy.(2)Research and applied based on the random field(conditional random fields,CRF)model,the method of expression to the time of the university entrance exam read understand science and technology in this paper,the recognition,and the experiment results are analyzed.(3)Propose a combining statistics and rules of the university entrance exam in reading comprehension of scientific time expression recognition method,the recognition process is divided into conditional random field model recognition unit parts,modification of rules is perfect time and part time trigger word library expansion of improvement.Through the test of reading comprehension corpus of college entrance examination in recent 12 years,it is proved that this method can improve the accuracy of reading comprehension time expression recognition of college entrance examination.(4)Technology based on JAVA language design and implementation of the scientific reading comprehension in the college entrance examination oriented prototype system time expression recognition,to verify that the statistics and the integration of the rules of the university entrance exam read understand time expression recognition method is effective.
