Chinese Discourse Relation Analysis

In the research field of Natural Language Processing,Chinese discourse relation analysis is a very important topic.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,human-computer dialogue and other applications also have higher requirements for text analysis.They not only want to understand a sentence but also want to understand a discourse.And more attention is paid to the study of discourse semantics.The Chinese discourse relation between sentences plays an important role in semantic analysis of text.One of major goals that scholars both at home and abroad are all concerned about is how to analyze effective Chinese discourse relation between sentences.On the basis of the national natural fund of “Chinese discourse frame semantic network automatically extract and its semantic reasoning”,we studied the existence recognition of discourse relation between sentences and discourse relation recognition in this paper.The main research contents and contributes are shown as follows:(1)We research Frame semantics and Chinese FrameNet,and find the semantic relevance between frame and discourse unit,and verify the effectiveness of frame semantic to the discourse unite semantic analysis.(2)We recognize the existence of the discourse relation between the sentences based on the LSTM model and the LSTM model based on the Attention mechanism,and make a comparison of the recognition method based on the maximum entropy model by some experiments,which validates the effectiveness of identifying the existence of the relationship between sentences based on the LSTM model based on the Attention mechanism.(3)We propose a method of recognizing the discourse relation between the sentences based on Chinese framenet to recognize the discourse relation between the sentences.In this method,we analyzed and studied the discourse unit from the aspect of the framework semantic level by using the target words and frameworks in Chinese frame.Experimental results show that the core target words have a representative effect on expression of the coresemantics of the unit,and have a good effect on the recognition of the Chinese discourse relationship between the sentences.In this paper,we study the identification method of the Chinese discourse relationship between the sentences,and carry out some experiments on the constructed corpus,and further verify the effectiveness of the method.A new way for the analysis semantic information of discourse unit is provided in this paper.
