Research On Paper Originality Intelligent Detection Method Based On Idea Tendency

In order to avoid academic misconduct,plagiarists usually do not copy the whole paragraph and just paste,they plagiarize through more intelligent methods,such as replacing words,adjusting the word order,adjusting the structure of the text,stealing academic ideas of other documents.In this case,it is difficult to accurately detect the originality of a document just by using the traditional string-matching method,so more intelligent methods are required.Based on the summary of various thesis originality detection methods at home and abroad,this paper puts forward an intelligent thesis originality detection method which analyzes the thesis's idea tendency.This method is aiming at the behavior of idea plagiarism.And acrroding to the process of external plagiarism detection,the plagiarism detection task can be divided into three steps which are retrieval of candidate source document set,selection of source document set and post processing.At each step,a corresponding detection method is put forward.Firstly,the texts are modeled by the topic model and then are splited into several topic fragments(topic block)by combining the topic modeling with the classical text segmentation method TextTiling.Then,the topic blocks which may be the source block of plagiarism are filtered out by calculating topic similarities among these topic fragments.The candidate source topic block set is formed,and the first step of detection is completed.At the second step of detection,in order to obtain idea tendencies of a candidate topic block,topic words of the topic block to be measured are exctracted and its idea tendency aiming at each topic word are analysed by the sentiment analysis method based on the dictionary.And further the source topic block set is filtered out based on the idea tendency.Finally,a method of evaluating the original degree of the text is given by the fusion of topic similarity and the result of the analysis of idea tendencies.In this paper,the proposed detection method is applied to the test text set for experimental verification,and the experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper has good effect on the thesis idea originality detection.
